Tyre De-Vulcanisation 

Working with our Partner, Tyromer, a Innovative New Process to De-vulcanise Rubber Crumb (the breaking of the Sulphur Bonds) has been Developed

Rubber granulates of a specific size and quality  from renowned rubber granulate trading companies that complies with Euro code 070299 or 191204. 

This granulate is delivered in BigBags and must meet specific values.

Approved material is fed from the BigBag into a hopper. 

From the Hopper, the granulate is mechanically fed to the main process. In this process, the

material is passed along a magnet section to check the material for Fe (iron).

The material is fed proportioned into the main process system 

The process  is a thermo mechanical process. No chemicals are added to the

rubber granulate. It is only about temperature, pressure and mechanical manipulation of the

rubber molecules. 

The rubber that leaves the Process with a very high degree of de-vulcanisation, The material can therefore be used again as rubber

The material is pulled into a homogeneous clean rubber strip via a special sieve . After this, the material is cooled with water, then dried and finally cut into sheet

and stacked automatically. The process is controlled with a dedicated SCADA Control System.
