Feed preparation
Dry crumb is introduced with controlled flow. Particle size and moisture content affect yields and process stability.
Recovered carbon black
Professional project support for converting prepared tyre-derived rubber feedstocks into recovered carbon black, oil and gas through controlled thermal processing.

Recovery process
Working with partners, GLP can support systems that take prepared rubber feedstock and convert it into recovered carbon black, oil and gas through controlled thermal conversion.
Process performance depends on feedstock preparation, moisture content, particle size, dwell time, temperature control and downstream gas treatment.

Process overview
Dry crumb is introduced with controlled flow. Particle size and moisture content affect yields and process stability.
Material enters a heated processing chamber where dwell time and temperature can be controlled.
Generated gas is directed to condensing and/or gas-cleaning equipment for downstream management.
The recovered solid phase is cooled before handling. Non-condensable gas may be treated or recovered as fuel where suitable.
